Transferred calls show HG number as DNIS

Hi al.
I have a setup where incoming calls are received by a Hunt Group HG2020 that has Messaging ports playing a welcome message then transfers to an ACD path. Agents see the call as coming from 2020 instead of the actual DNIS of the callers. I have set Shared System Options > Present Original DNIS to"YES" and it did not resolve the issue. All other COS Display setting for Caller ID and DNIS also set to "YES"How is this resolved?
 
COS Option "Display Held Call ID on Transfer" needs to be Yes. Definitely needs to be enabled on the transferring station, may also need to be enabled on the destination, and possibly even the trunk COS as well.
