I have a setup where incoming calls are received by a Hunt Group HG2020 that has Messaging ports playing a welcome message then transfers to an ACD path. Agents see the call as coming from 2020 instead of the actual DNIS of the callers. I have set Shared System Options > Present Original DNIS to"YES" and it did not resolve the issue. All other COS Display setting for Caller ID and DNIS also set to "YES"How is this resolved?
