Hi All, after upgrading to R9 and voicemail pro R9 from 7 we are getting the following issue

When reception2 transfers a caller, she will announce the call first to the person she is trying to transfer to.
If they cant accept the call, she retrieves the call and then tries to transfer to someone else.
Reception2 has done this many times, however, since the upgrade, on occasion and not on every call, she will announce the call, the person will say no, then when she goes to retrieve that call the caller is ‘gone’
She asked one of the callers what they heard and they said it was some kind of voicemail message.
It doesn’t happen everytime, and it also happens when she is retrieving the call from a person that doesn’t even have voicemail on their extension, meaning that it could be going to the main hunt group voicemail.
This does not happen with reception 1 apparently. Going onsite tomorrow to view.
Much appreciated.

Tom,
There could a timeout or something on your hunt-group if it has a call queue. I would check the call vector that the hunt-group is being used and see if there is this type of re-direction after caller has held on the line for a certain amount of time. Hope this helps.
