If calling X2001 from AA is goes to X2005
MB 2001 matches Ext:2001 in F983
CFN and CFB is to vmail, no DND or Forwarding or F987 at set level, No ringing groups.
When calling and pressing Info/More we see the call id but then see:
<H334
Prease More again and see:
Unknown Reason

There is no HG 334 as they are 4 digit DNs

Internal calling to the ext works fine.

Not to sure what you are asking but the H334 is the voicemail port number that was used to transfer the call,
The sysmbol H "does not" mean HG huntgroup

Any call transferred from the AA uses a H followed by Port Number.

Look at BCM monitor and go to Voicemail.
You see a list of Voicemail ports there.

If you track the call you should see one of these ports in use when AA transfers the call.

Hope this helps

Curlycord, I've had this happen before as well and a reboot fixed it. Did they have set relo turned on at some point?

Turned out it was Night Service.

If you dont want lines in night service then you need to put them into some higher ring group but make sure there is no ringing set such as the default reception set.

Thanks
