Transfering out from the Auto Attendant Bypass: Not ISDN MSGO Errot

I get the following error when trying to transfer out from from out auto-attendant bypass number whether dialing it by Direct Dial or using CDP to dial it from one site and go out to another. I have TARG settings on the routes and removed all TARG using the x01, x02 x0, etc. I have checked the NCOS on the Trunks and set them higher from a 2 to a 5. The NCOS on the Routes are lower 2 or under. I have checked the CLS on the 2008s and set them to FTTU & UNR, etc... I must be missing something simple here. Any ideas? Thank you...Bryan.
