Transfering out from embedded Auto Attendant

Hi

Has anyone had a problem on a ver 8.1 transferring out to line via an attendant option on sip lines.

For example a call comes into an AA, gets the greeting to select 1 to be transfered to on call engineer, but will not transfer out on the sip line. An error comes back " Your call cannot be connected at this time, please try again later".

However I can transfer a call manually no problem.

I have tried Transfer, Normal Transfer, using a virtual user.

Customer has three sites main site housing the IPO with the other two sites with a couple of 1600 handset hanging of the central site. All lines into the system are sip lines with each site present their relevant CLI.

But the strange thing is I have it working on an 8.0 switch in are office. Tried downgrading the 8.1 switch to 8.0 however none of the 1400 phones can up again, so upgraded to 8.1 again.
