Can I copy a Nortel VPN CLient profile from one machine to another?

yes,
perform "#sho running-config profile users"

this output can then be used to copy paste into the new box.


But pay attention, you first need to specify the group.
If not done yet perform "sho running-config profile group"

etc.

you can also take a copy of the ldap.

or

show running-config file-url "name-on-file"

if you ftp the ces, /system/runconf you will find the file.

you can also upload the file, and get it executed. ftp file to /prov but you have to add some line to the config file.
