We hada customer open a trouble that they have never been able to transfer a call more than 1 time. They say that after they transfer the call 1 time the person can not transfer it again. Any Ideas. I have not been able to go over yet and try it myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They may not be transfering correctly. How do they transfer a call? They should press transfer, dial the extention number - and then either hangup or press transfer a second time. If they did NOT do that - the call is merely being joined - not really transfered from the original phone. So - the 2nd person would not be able to transfer the call again - because it is really not fully transferred to him/her in the first place.
