transfering front page to a new computer

I have recently purchased a new computer. I have a web page built with front page 97 on my old computer, but cannot find the file location where the web page data is stored. I want to transfer it (and control of the page) to my new computer. How do I do that? Please e-mail me if you know GeomanofNH @aol.com Thanks in advance for the help.
