TRANSFERING FROM VOICE MAIL

I AM TRYING TO SET UP WHERE A OUT SIDE CALLER REACHES A SUBCRIBER MAILBOX AND PRESSES O. THE CUSTOMER WANTS IT TO RING BACK AT SEVERAL LOCATIONS AND NOT JUST THE ATTENDANT STATION. HE SAID THAT THEY HAD THIS SET UP BEFORE. THEY HAVE A 8X24 WITH DR5 AND A STARTALK VOICMAIL

You can setup Answer Dn's of the operator on all the phones you want to ring. The only down fall is, whenever someone(either external or internal) calls the operator, all the phones that have the answer dn, will ring.

I can't remember if this will work with hardware and software THAT old but I have assigned phantom answer dns before to get around this problem. You should be able to assign that phantom dn as an operator for any table in the auto attendant.

or u can try like most on old software hide a phone or two in the telco room.
