We are in the middle of transitioning from CS1k network to an Aura network. Half sites on aura others still on cs1k. The pri is still on the CS1k.

What we have discovered is when a admin assistant answers a call on one of the bridged lines that the caller originates directly from a Nortel system or the PRI on Nortel they cant complete the transfer. If the call is answered on the actual set that has the extension it functions properly.

Thanks

Spell it out.

Can't complete the transfer from what to what?

So, if 555-555-1234 was a DID on the PRI on your Nortel that routed over (SIP/SM/QSIG PRI?) to CM and was answered on 2222 that has a brdg-appr of 1234, then the call sets up OK.
When 2222 tries transferring to...1234? A Nortel extension? An external number? Then they can't complete the transfer.

Try to add another bridged appearance of the same extension on the phone.

Issued resolved
