Hi guys, I have an opt11 vers4.5.. The reception made an outgoing call and then she tried to transfer it to a mobile phone..!! it didn't work..
Can it be done? There is no problem to transfer an incoming call to a mobile phone number. The system is using Primary Rate ISDN. Thanks heaps. Az234

I checked and TRMB = Yes. There is no problem to transfer incoming call to outside number. We also tested by initiating the first outside call, press 'conf' then dial another outside number, press 'conf' again and the 3 way conference is established. However if the reception hang-up, the two outside party's were also dropped... How do we set it up for allowing unsupervised conference call? Thanks...

can anybody confirm if I am on the right track....
it think this may be the parameterss need to be set:

TYPE NET_DATA
CUST 00
OPT RTD
AC2
FNP YES
ISDN YES
PINX_DN
PFX1 1111
PFX2 1111
HLOC
LSC
RCNT 5
PSTN NO
TNDM 15
PCMC 15
SATD 1
OCLI NO
DASC
DITI NO
TRNX NO
EXTT NO <<========== this need to be YES
FTOP FTLY <<========== this need to be FTTB
APAD 0 0
VNR NO
NIT 8
FOPT 14
CNDN
CNAT
PCAT
CNIP YES

and then for the reception DN, set the cls = FTTU

If you set FTOP=FRES then all phones will be FTTU by default. You can test it that way.

However, I think you will find you cannot originate a COT call, then transfer it out another COT on the same trunk route. It is just not a possible call type.

oh, the system only have primary rate ISDN trunks, so TKTP = DID.
