transfering a call

Ok all you Norstar Wiz Kids here’s one for you. I have MICS 4.1 software. I can transfer an incoming call to an out side number. But, I unable to make an outside call then transfer it to another outside number. What do you all think of this? Can I do this or is this a No Go?

Use your conference call feature,just remember you still pay for the call and you tie up two of your lines and ther will be a noticable db drop in volume.
