Transfering a call

Hi. when a call arrivs to the fron desk and the transfer in and the ext they transfer the call to dont answer. the call is comming back, but not the the person the transferd the call, the call can return to anybody in the ringgroup that transferd the call. Is this a COS setting or what?

the systme is 3300Cx. SW 8.0.5.12

Hope someone understand my question.
