Transfering a call directly to a VM Box

Greetings,

Is it possible to:

While your talking to someone and they want to be transferred directly into someone’s voicemail box instead of just being transferred to their phone, can they?

Please advise.

Yes, put a "direct voice mail" (coded *56) button on the phone. While talking to someone, press it + the extension, the caller hears one ring, and the voice mail greeting answers. TipHelp@charter.net
