I have several systems I can not open log files i have transfered to my computer. When I open them with an archiver they are staing they can not be opened and may require a password and prompt for one. THe systems i hvae seen so far do this are BCM50 r3 and r5, BCM 450 R5. I have not and any problem with a BCM400 4.0. I need the smtp log from the diagnostic log as i am having issues with a 450 r5 unified messaging message forwarding read receipts not working (it appears the BCM is sending NDR's about the read receipts so MWI and message deletion do not work anymore)after a client made changes to thier exchange setup. They went from one exchange server to 3. The original is still/omly smtp, mailboxs moved to different exchange server and one front end server for OWA and Active Sync. REad receipts for all other mail works fine.
