When calls are transfered to a mailbox from the attendant or via an application in Pilot the caller hears part of the called party's greeting then is disconnected. This only occurs on incoming calls. Pilot is 5.041 with the latest PEP's.

since I reflashed the DSP's via the config wizard and reinstalling the languages Sunday morning, we have had only one complaint. High maintanence customer.

was it 1 call or several calls to the same user

one call. Actually, on Friday there were no trouble reports. I believe flashing the DSP's worked.

problem has reoccured but with less frequency. Any ideas

Probably a bad channel. During slow traffic time, you might be able to hammer test calls to determine what channel(s) you hit when it fails. Then you can disable that channel or replace hardware to fix it.
