Transfered calls from vmail don't cover to mailbox

I have tested this if you call the DID you get 4 rings then the voicemail box.
If you get the AA & dial the same extension it just rings & rings. Or "*T" with an "extension #" it will just ring & ring.

Its a magix R4 & merlin messaging R4
Any Ideas? Thanks.
 
Is ROTARY ENABLE set up on the Voice Mail Ports?

Is the Voice Mail set to do "Direct Exension Transfer" for the prompt that corresponds to your extenion's first digit?
 
Never mind I got it
It was the "rotary enable"
I thought that was no longer needed?

There is another obscure timer called the "VMS transfer return interval". This can cause a similar problem sometimes if you have stations that ring longer than others before going back to voice mail from the AAT.
