I have a site with a BCM1000 that will transfer a call to a phone on another site, that works fine but when that phone puts the caller on hold it drops the call. The BCM1000 is a rel. 3.6 and the other that it is transfering to is a BCM400 rel. 4.0. Any suggestions? Thank you.

How are they tied together? If it is IP are you using SIP or not?

The calls from site 'A' are transfered over the H323 VOIP trunk to an IP set off of site 'B'. Then the IP phone in site 'B' will talk to teh customer, place teh call on hold and I have found that the caller is not disconnected but there is no voice path between the two. There was before the caller is placed on hold.
