I have a bizarre situation. I have a secretary who covers for 6-7 people. All these use the same coverage path, pointing to the secretary then to Audix.

For one of these users, and only one, the secretary is not able to utilize the Transfer to VxMail (transfer, #6, transfer). She receives a denial (doody-doody-doody).

In performing a list station on the secretary, Denial Event #1725: QSIG VM-hunt not in coverage path. Yet ... the other 5 or so users with the same coverage path, no problem!

I created a new coverage path for this person but the secretary is still encountering the same denial issue.

Any ideas??

Thanks.

is the cor the same on the troubled ext and the one's that work?

under Change Sys features, page 5 or so, Auto Start should be no.

The COR is the same and Auto Start is no.

Yes, VM will pick up when the station is called directly.

is this station in the same switch as the secretary? are the other extensions in the same switch?

Yes, all extensions reside in the same switch. Audix resides in same switch as well.
Thx.

Is she actually getting the call from coverage, or she picking up a bridged appearance or some other way picking up the call? It must come to her by call coverage for her to be able to send it to audix by using the feature access code

Do a display activity logs XXXX in Audix XXXX is the ext of the secretary or other ext...

Is the problem with the internal calls or with the external calls? As the denial event is for QSIG , it appears the problem is with the ISDN link with the service provider for the incoming calls.\!!!
Do you have problem with internal calls?
