Transfer to voicemail

We have a old ICS 2.0 with a Startalk flash. We have a situation with a executive and his admin transfering his calls to voicemail. When he is on the phone he wants the admin to answer his calls. So her extension has a appearance for his DN. The problem is when she answers the call and tries to transfer it to VM it rings his extension again. How can she send the call directly to his mailbox?

That doesnt put us directly to voicemail. We want to go directly to voicemail with out ringing his extension again.

That did work. Remote user didnt follow instructions correctly at first. Thanks for the help guys.
