Transfer to VoiceMail

I am working on a 3300 ICP with calls coming to
a 5220 with PKM.

I will like to prog. a key to transfer calls direct to
voicenail.

I made an attempt but could not get it going.

Any help

This is a feature on a 5550 console. Are you trying to transfer to various ext mailboxes or a centralised one?

If you are trying to do it to various exts then I don't think it's possible, however if you need to do one mailbox you could create a mailbox for the 5220 and program a call forward button that forwards to voicemail or press the forward key once it appears.

What I want to do is if someone is on the phone
I will transfer caller to voicemail.

merely set up routing in routing assignment on busy internal to go to voicemail. all you would need to do is to transfer the caller to the appropriate extension. simple enough

loopretnav, as stated, this is not possible on a 5220, just the console. The user will need to dial the vmail pilot number, hit *, then the mailbox number.

Does anyone know if transfer to voicemail was resolved in v7? In other words, is the voicemail transfer feature on the 5550 console now available on the 5235 phone?

This feature is critical for environments like a law firm.
