Transfer to voicemail on "Transfer" of VM Pro 1

Hi all,

In VM Pro "Transfer" box, how can I select Destination to voicemail directly?

I am making IVR and enter 1 to leave message, when a caller enter 1 I want to transfer to Ext2001's voicemail.

Have you considered using something other than a Transfer object?

Write a short code of #XXX (assuming 3 digit extension numbers)

In VM Pro do a transfer point to #ext number. For example to transfer a call to mailbox 221 do a Transfer point to #221.

What!? The call is already in a voicemail callflow. No need for it to go back to the switch in order to use a short code that then sends it back to the voicemail server. Yes it will work but that isn't a good answer.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
