I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is a way/feature in CCM that will Transfer to Voice Mail.
In the Avaya world they had this as a feature access code and by simply dialing 4 digits brought you to a voicemail port and asked key in the vmailbox number then would go directly to the greeting,...this was used by assistants to transfer directly to a peresons vmailbox without ringing the phone.
For an admin in CCM/Unity this is useful to test "0" out options and call handlers without interaction with the user...any ideas. Thanx.
