Transfer to Voice from Attendant Console

Using the Attendant Console, is there a way to transfer an inbound call directly to an extension's associated voicemail box?
 
We are running Call Manager 6.1 so I'm not sure if this applies.
 
yes it works with any version of CallManager. What I do is set the CTI Route Point for *XXXX. Then anyone who wants to go directly to anyones Vmail can dial * and their 4 digit extension and get directly to the mail box without ringing the phone. The AC user could do the same thing.
 
in Attendant Console when you right click on a users name the option to transfer to vm isnt there?

Right clicking on the user name did it! That was exactly what we needed.

Our receptionists were never trained to right click on the user names, they always drag & drop. And I'm new to Call Manager and have no experiance with Attendant Console.

awesome! also there is an undocumented or pain in the butt feature that the receptionist didnt like.
There is a small icon of a screen in the bottom right hand corner. If a phone call comes in this icon can be turned on or off that will let the console pop up or stay minimized. adjust as prefered.
