I have BCM400 4.0 and BC50 3.0 networked with VoIP trunks and QSIG/MCDN. All voicemail resides in the 400. However calls maybe answered at attendant's console on the 50 and need to be transferred into VM on the 400. Most of the VM on the 400 is virtual in that the user does not have a physical phone. How would the attendant on 50 transfer call into voicemail on 400?

I've seen a post on this forum on "virtual DN's" and have used this myself. Thats what you need to do.

The virtual DNs in this case will be impractical since I'll have over 100 virtual voicemail boxes. The only way possible way around this that I know of is for the remote attendant to perform a consultative transfer to the VM DN and press *XXX and then join.
Any other ideas/solutions?
