Can anyone point me the way to being able to transfer an incoming call to a system speed dial.
This would be useful for being able to transfer a sales call to a sales person's mobile number, without having to make the agent type the whole number each time.
I can get the call to transfer to the number if it's dialled manually, but if you try to use a speed dial, the message "Still in transfer" appears.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
