Transfer to one extension rings several (Legend)

I am currently working on a Merlin Legend system for a client. When the receptionists transfers calls to certain extensions, several others ring as well. I have WinSPM version 7, which also includes a version of the traditional SPM program.

Any tips on how to make only one extension ring would be much appreciated.

Print out the extension information on the extension you are transfering to. It probably will show that that extension has coverage to the oother extensions. If so, remove coverage at those other extensions. Example: you call ext 100, and 100, 101, 102, and 103 ring as well. It's probably that 101, 102, and 103 have coverage set for 100. If not coverage, shared system access will do the same thing, but in any case, printing out ext 100 will tell you.
