I am looking for the best way to accomplish the following: If a caller calls in during off hours, auto attendant picks up giving the call the option to transfer and leave a message for a particular user of press "X" for emergencies and be transfered to an external live answering service. I am looking to put in either a Release 6 or Release 7 ACS and Voice mail. Which voice mail option will allow me to do the above and transfer calls off-site to an emergency answering service?
