Hello all, wonder if you can give me a solution to the following:
Call comes into switchboard, switchboard is busy so call reroutes (via 1st alt) to a multicall key appearence on about 10 phones. One of those phones answers the call then transfers it to another extn on a different system (IP trunked)to the appropriate person. Appropriate person doesn't answer & call rings back to the person that transfered it.
What the customer would like is for the original call to switchboard, once transfered to the appropriate person, to go to the appropriate persons vmail on no answer as opposed to calling back the person who transfered the call.

I think that there is some kind of tagging of the original call which would currently prevent this from happening so was wondering if there is any way around this?
System is a 3300 on software version 7.0
I have seen this option in version 8.0:
Originator's Display Updated when Call Forwarding or Rerouting
would this be the option I'm looking for? Any help greatly appreciated
