Hi all. I'm trying to come up with a way for an agent to perform a blind transfer to an external number with a single button press, or with minimal steps. I've tried to do this with abbreviated dialing, without success. I thought about programming a speed dial for the FAC for transfer and then the outside number, but there doesn't appear to be a FAC for blind transfer. Phone type is a 9608, on CM 7.x. Can anyone offer some insight? TIA.

Try an autodial button as one the sets buttons. Not sure if it will work but you can try it. .
