Transfer to different ext when in VM 1

I can't seem to set up a call flow for a particular user. I want the incoming caller to be able to transfer from the users' VM to another user or extension.

Still running 2.0 on a 412 IPO with VM Pro

Are you running in Audix or IPOffice mode?

Have you set Voicmail reception in Manager,
this sets a transfer destination for the caller if they dial 0 instead of leaving a msg (works for both Lite & pro)

In the person's vmail greeting tell the caller to press *8. This will allow the caller to try another extension
