transfer to cell

hello,0x32 w/61 pri.when a call comes in customer would like recpt.to transfer directly to to a sales person cell
if they are not in.is there a way to do this since there is no link.

Trunk to trunk transfers are quite easy. When using POTS line you just have to make sure you have Supervision turned on for the line.

With PRI you don't have to worry with that. Just go under Terminals&Sets, Capabilities, & set Allow Redirect to Yes. Then when someone from the outside world calls in, then she'll just press transfer, get another outside line, dial the cell number and wait a couple rings, then hang up.

When testing this make sure you are not on site and picking up a phone inside the system, calling out and back in again, then trying the transfer. The call cannot originate from inside the system. It must be a call coming in from the outside world on a disconnect supervised line.

unlike link feature - you will be using 2 channels of the PRI ...
Ive not seen a centrex feature on PRI ...though i read somewhere about it ...just check with the CO
