In Auto Attendant General Properties there is an option for CCR feature codes. Setup the start feature code (I use 911) then when the call needs to be transferred, type Feature 9, tree number and node. (e.g., Feature 923, Transfer call to Tree 2 option 3)
i want my customer to be ableto transfer people to a ccr tree and allow them to make choices - this is for directions dependent on were u r coming from north, south, east, or west - i want my customer to transfer people to a tree and then the person on the phone makes the choice on where they are coming from - so if i made this tree 3 i would hit feature 930, correct? feature 9 tree 3 node 0 which is the home node
