I've got this partly figured out, but i want to clean up the process a little, if possible.
i have 3 users that are in the same coverage path (ext a rolls to ext b, then rolls to ext c) if ext a doesnt answer, the person at ext b or ext c need the option to put the caller back into VM for ext a. the only clear way i have to do this is to hit transfer, enter in one of the direct audix lines and enter the extension number, then hit transfer again. problem comes in if the audix line i enter is in use. If i dial the hunt group number for audix, it treats it as if i am logging in to get VM, not leave a message... can i fix that?
