Transfer to an IP Phone

We have just setup an IP412 with two POTS30 units, and 10 IP Phones (5602D).

We have noticed that when an operator tries to transfer a call from a POT to a 4602, it only works for warm transfers where the call is announced. Simply doing a direct transfer without annoucing the call cuts the caller off.

Your help is much appreciated.
