Transfer to an Invoice

anyone know how to get econnect to automatically transfer an order to an invoice?

We have a WMS system that I would like to have accomplish this task so that when the shipping folks have certified the order is 'done' it will 1) give GP the number shipped /to invoice (already does this) AND 2) transfer the order to an invoice.
