Transfer to a CCR tree

ok guy's and gal's I need to be able to; I have phone set up as a Hot line to a mailbox after the person hears the message I want them to press a number and be transferd to a CCR tree is this posible. this is on a BCM50.

Ccr is connected to the AA. I don't believe once in a mailbox that u can transfer out to a Ccr. Why not have the AA answer the line, create a greeting table & Ccr and assign Ccr to new greeting table

You might want to look into whether an SDN (Service Directory Number) will help too. Please refer to call pilot setup and management guide. I'm not sure it will help.
