Transfer Timer

Hi Guys

The user is using the phonebook lookup on transfers. I have got this working by adding a phonebook key on there phones. However, the time it takes to lookup the name, the phne gives re order tone. Does anyone know which timer this is?

Scenerio:

I call in and agent anserws, they want to transfer, so press trans / conf button, then the phonebook, starts looking up the number and suddenly before they finish get re-order tone. They then have to go back to the caller and start again
