Transfer Text - Read Only Error

I'm trying to Transfer Text using a Macro in Access 2002. The Macro worked fine in Access 2000 but yesterday I upgraded(?) to 2002, converted my db and now I get the following error:

Cannot Update: Database or Object is Read-Only

The read-only attribute is not checked for the database and I don't see it listed in the properties of anything else. I've tried removing that step in my Macro and redoing the Export portion but I still can't get it to work.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I beleive the message is misleading. It actually referes to the import file. What is the extension or file type of the text file? Check the following article. Though it says Access 2000, it is really a JET 4.0 issue.
