Transfer Terminal Licensing server

Hi,

I have a Windows 2003 server currently running as Terminal Server and Terminal License Server. I want to transfer these roles to a physically different server in the same domain. My question is how to transfer the existing Terminal server license to a new 2003 Server.

This needs to be posted in the correct forum. This forum is for Exchange 2003.
