Hi - I recently turned on transfer supervision in an ECP type 32 (callers menu + extension) because callers were complaining if they entered an invalid extension they were getting disconnected with no option to enter another number. Turning on transfer supervision resolved this problem - however the called parties are now complaining that when they receive a call that has come through the ECP mailbox, they hear beeps in their ear prior to the call connecting. Anyone know a way around this?
