Transfer specific callers to a specific DN

I have tried many examples that I have found online but cannot seem to get this to work.

I would like when caller A at 111-222-3333 calls it is forwarded to extension B at 2222.

I set up a dial-peer with the answer address of 111-222-3333 and then created a voice TR to accept any dialed number by 111-222-3333 to translate to 2222.

I am obviously missing something.

CUCM or CME? What kind of gateway? How many digits are you passing to the pbx?

Is your trunk config set to 4 digits and the appropriate CSS?
