Transfer Sendmail accounts from one box to another

I am doing a Red Hat upgrade to 7.0. We use sendmail, and I want to know if there is a way to transfer Pop mailbox user accounts from the old Linux server to the new one?

I just wanted to clarify that I am doing a fresh install of 7.0 to a seperate box. I want to transfer these accounts to this box and test it before switching it with the production 6.x box.
