This is what I am trying to accomplish, please tell me if it is possible and how if so. Caller calls a station ie 2000, gets voicemail, presses "0" reception, reception does not pick-up after 5 rings I want the caller to go back to the original extension 2000. Any help is appreciated. :)

Have you tried to put the extension number of the reception station, or are you putting in 0 as the station number. Does the rec. have voice mail? If you use a cover path you know that it will not transfer to the voice mail of the covering ext. It will come back to the called ext. Wisdom is Knowledge

Thanks All Phoneman2

I am putting in 0 as the station number, the attendant does have voicemail but this is after 5 rings at reception and 5 ring on a loud ringer. Any suggestions?

Suggestion: Train your receptionists to answer calls within the 5 rings! :)

To my best knwoledge this is not possible without action required from the caller. The only way I can think of is to create some sort of vector for the reception in which the caller can choose to be transferred to an extension he or to leave a voicemail at the reception. But then again the caller should now the extension #.
