Howdy,
Running CM 5.2.
Have a call tree setup to where if you press 1, the call is then routed to a 3rd party IVR.
At that point, we need to call to release from our trunk.
It currently is not. I confirmed this with a call accounting program we use. We can see the call being transferred to the 3rd party, but report records the entire length of their call, thus the call is not releasing.
Spoke to our carrier. Said they needed to enable a feature on their end and they did.
Said we need to be on protocol B, which we are.
Still not releasing from our trunk.
Just spoke with carrier again, and they are saying there is a setting somewhere in our switch that needs to be configured to allow the call to be released.
Does anyone have any knowledge of this so called "setting"
Please advise.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
