Transfer recall

On an option 11, when a user wants to recall a transfer how do you stop it still rininging at the far end?

suggestions welcome....
 
I didn't know you could recall a transfer. Is the call still on the users phone or has he completed the transfer?

yes call still on the phone and transfer not complete but they cant get the call back to try a different extension?
 
try the pickup key... or look at rdr data, if you have a trcl above 0, you can direct that to a target set or back to the op via a timer or ring count... 90 percent of us do not play with that anymore due to voice mail... if i have to reach a live person i supervise the transfer...

As long as the call is still on your phone you have not completed the transfer, just hit your DN and it drops the other DN you where calling.
