Transfer Question

Hi

We have a secretary that is trying to setup a conf bridge for her manager.

She is dialling the conference bridge number, entering the bridge details and then trying to transfer this to her manager. For some reason it won't let her transfer the call.

Can anyone help??

is she staying on the line until all parties answer.. the conf bridge should give asup then the boss had to answer, then she should be able to press connect or on a 2000 series, transfer.

2000 series

place call, wait for answer, press transfer, dial 2nd call, wait for answer, press transfer

3000 series, make call, press transfer, make second call wait for answer supervision, press connect.. you could add no hold conf if you haven't tried that

Thanks John. We are running Succession 4 / 4.5 and using I2004/3904/3905. Since we upgraded to Succession we no longer have the "connect" feature.

i'm still on rls 3... make sure your sets are on the right firmware... that sounds more like a firmware issue then user error..
