I have four 2616's, extensions 0310,0320,0412 and 0398.
0310 and 0320 have VMS. All are in the same RNPG.
0412 has ringing appearances of 0310 and 0320.
Normally 0310 and 0320 pickup their own calls when they are in their offices.
When they are out, 0412 will pickup their calls.
Lately, the secretary at 0412 has been ill and others within the same pickup group must answer their calls.
0398 will hear 0310 and 0320 ringing on 0412 and do a group call pickup.
That all works fine.
Here's the problem... if the guys at 0310 or 0320 walk back in the office and 0398 hits transfer and dials 0310 or 0320, 0398 hears ringtone but, the phones at 0310 or 0320 will not ring and after 4 rings the tranfer goes to VM.
Probably something simple, but, I'm in brainlock.

if a phone is forwarded to me then i can't transfer to him. if any of those numbers are not marped in the right place then that can be a problem

Forwarding is the first thing I checked, they are not forwarded. I'll check the marps again.
