transfer problem

i set phones to transfer call on external number(mobile)
the transer work but when the call finish,on the call status the call stands still connected,and the the user cannot receive calls.
on the ip office there analogue line
why this happens????

Check your disconnect clear setting in the lines form. Also verify your carrier is actually providing a reliable disconnect signal.

It means chack that your line provider is actualy giving you a Disconnect clear signal & not just saying they are.
