Transfer Problem

After upgrading to 3.0.40 I have noticed the following problem.
If you place someone on hold and dial another extension and hang up, the person on hold is transfered to the extension you dialed.
Is anyone else aware of this?
Also, is there a bug list anywhere?

Its a transfer if they don't press the drop button but just hangup.
